As we enter the spring, the Stormwater Permit Coordinating Committee (SWPCC) is offering a free Training on Storm Water Compliance & BMPs for Construction Sites. Presenters will be inspections and engineers from the City of Reno, and NDEP. The class will run from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, at two different in-person locations:

Thursday, March 9

Location: Builders Association of Northern Nevada

Wednesday, March 15

Location: AGC Nevada Chapter
5400 Mill St, Reno, NV 89502, USA

This is a training offered to both contractors and inspectors, and other members of the construction industry. Topics will include:- Overview of Storm Water protection

– Methods for Installation & Maintenance of Best Management Practices (BMPs)

– Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs)

– The Inspection Process

– The Permitting Process
